Dedication

This blog is dedicated to Andrea Golden (AKA Andrea-Lynn) who was a friend of my mine in the 1990s while we slaved worked in the ER together. Andrea succumbed to a rare form of ovarian cancer in 1997 after surgery, chemotherapy and wound dehiscence. She was a nurse — a very, caring and kind one — always having time for all her patients. She was a Canadian — so that already made her awesome.  She was only 30 years old when she died.

This blog is dedicated to Andrea and the memory of our short but wonderful friendship I will always appreciate and remember! ❤
